Welcome to Outdoor Sylvania Community Park’s portal for Project Management.

Here, you can find information on current and archived projects (both maintenance and capital improvement), as well as current grant applications and previous awards.

Projects over $2,500.00 require at least (3) verbal / phone quotations per the park’s purchasing policy.

Projects over $5,000.00 require at least (3) written quotations per the park’s purchasing policy.

Projects over $50,000.00 require use of the formal public sealed bid process, and are subject to approval by The Park’s Board of Commissioners at a monthly board meeting. 

Depending on the project, the Prevailing Wage Threshold Levels put forth by the Ohio Dept. of Commerce may apply.
